Lucan is an award-winning luxury British brand for men and women, founded in 2017 by the Countess of Lucan, Anne-Sofie. Like its founder, the Lucan collections marry a venerable name with a distinctly modern sensibility. The initial collections were shooting inspired outdoor wear, but have evolved to fuse an appreciation of classic British country tailoring with an essence of fierce London cool.

“We’ve taken these traditional garments and given them a contemporary twist,” says Anne-Sofie. “We’ve sharpened up the cut, used lightweight and durable fabrics, added funky buttonhole stitching and feature top-stitching, along with contrast turn-back cuffs, vents and linings that pop with colour.

Lucan garments are ‘Made in England’ using the finest British cloths and endeavour to use sustainable manufacture at all times. Anne-Sofie creates true investment pieces, which she hopes will become wardrobe favourites for you to cherish.

AUTUMN WINTER

The Autumn-Winter collections include covetable tailored pieces in glorious wool tweeds and sumptuous cashmere in bold, vivacious colours. Key pieces retain their established ergonomic design, fit for country pursuits but take on a new lease of life to wear in an urban environment, a trend the brand will emphasise going forward.

Womenswear styles include swirling coats and hacking jackets inspired by vintage pieces with sharp shoulders and nipped-in waists. Menswear includes topcoats, buckled bomber jackets, Gurkha trousers and iconic Norfolk jackets, with a signature Lucan twist on the original heirloom wardrobe staple.

SPRING SUMMER

The Spring-Summer collection uses state of the art tailoring to deliver a modern day, fit-for-purpose, quintessential rural wardrobe designed for country pursuits. Sartorial town-to-country fusions will delight the discerning customer.

Mens field-sport details are re-interpreted for the city slicker. Deep, oversized cartridge pockets prove just as useful for a mobile phone or car keys. Luxury fabrics and trims, such as wool-linen and tiger’s-eye horn buttons bring a film star fix.
